Bruce Guilford Real Estate and Auctioneering


	Bruce E. Guilford owner/broker is a lifelong resident of Hicksville, Ohio and has been married to his wife Debbie (Mendenhall) for over 25 years. They have a 21 year old daughter, Amy who is enrolled at Ohio State University. Mr. & Mrs. Guilford are members of St. Michaels Catholic and North Scipio Methodist churches. Bruce Guilford is also a director at the Hicksville Bank and active within the Red Cross, Defiance Area Foundation, Rotary, and many other organizations.

	Leonard "Turk" Guilford resides in Hicksville with his wife of over 24 years, Susie. They have 4 children Ashley, Tori, Hillary, and Matt. Mr. & Mrs. Guilford are active members of Central Church of Fort Wayne. Turk has been a licensed realtor since 1993 and is licensed in Ohio & Indiana. Turk is also a member of Rotary, Crimestoppers, Pheasants Forever, and a Defiance Area Youth for Christ volunteer.

	Ron Smith has had his Indiana Real Estate license for over 25 years. Ron is a member of the Fort Wayne Area Association of Realtors. Ron and his wife, Lucy, operate a grain farm in the Harlan and Hicksville area along with other various construction interests.

	Joe Nester received his Real Estate license in 1979. He resides in North Central Defiance County with his wife Beckie and sons Brad and Brett. They are members of Trinity Lutheran Church in Bryan, Ohio. Joe owns an agricultural consulting business, and is a director with the Hicksville Bank, Brookside Laboratoriesm and Northwest Ethanol.

	Jim Kline joined the staff in the summer of 2002. Previously, Jim was employed by the Central Local Schools for 35 years. A graduate of Ohio Northern University and the University of Saint Francis, he completed his real estate courses at Northwest Community College. He is the father of two children and has two grandchildren.

	Olen G. McMichael (Oley) is a lifelong resident of Antwerp, retired from upholstery work after 34 years and owns & manages several rental properties in Antwerp. Oley has been licensed in Real Estate since 1990, he is also a member of the Toledo MLS, an association member of the Northwest Ohio Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and The Airplane Owners & Pilots Association.

	Steve Zuber has been a Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer for over 15 years and also holds an Indiana Auctioneer's license. Steve is a Certified Personal Property Appraiser with membership in the Certified Appraiser's Guild of America (CAGA). He is co-owner of Zuber Homes, Inc., which specializes in custom-built new home construction and remodeling. Steve resides in the Antwerp area with his wife Sandy, and their three children, Nicole, Natalie & Nathan, where he is co-owner of a family farm operation.

	John Birkhold is a graduate of Antwerp High School and attended Michigan State and Indiana-Purdue Universities. He is a farm owner and manager in the Hicksville-Antwerp areas. He and his wife Joyce reside at the family farm homestead near Antwerp. They have two sons and eight grandchildren.

	Bruce Guilford Real Estate & Auctioneering is pleased to announce Amy E. Guilford recently passed the Ohio Real Estate exam, allowing her to sell real estate in the state of Ohio. Amy will be selling real estate full time in the summers and as time provides while returning home from the Ohio State University in Columbus. She is double majoring in Political Science and Psychology, with a concentration in Pre-law and a minor in Women's Studies. She is looking forward to helping the community with all of their real estate needs.
